Shipping is free on every order within the United States — no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout. Every order is sent with tracked delivery.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During busy sale periods, processing may take an extra day or two. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email the moment your order ships.
DLUXE currently ships to addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only. We are unable to accept orders with a shipping address outside the United States, including US territories and APO/FPO military addresses.
Because we fulfil orders within the United States only, we are unable to deliver to any address outside the 50 states and Washington, D.C. This includes US territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and international freight-forwarding addresses.
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once dispatched, we'll email your tracking details, and you can follow your parcel's journey at any time. If you haven't received a tracking link, please check your spam folder or contact our team.
Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import fees. Shipping is free on every US order, and no additional delivery charges are added after you check out.
